Michal Bidrman – Founder
Michal Bidrman, our founder, began his construction career 29 years ago. His work focused primarily on projects in Northern BC, Yukon, and remote resource sector locations.
Over the years, Michal became a seasoned leader in the industry. He took on critical project management roles that emphasized efficiency, collaboration, and results.
Michal’s expertise lies in creating tailored approaches to project logistics and implementation. His leadership ensures seamless delivery, even in the most challenging environments. As a result, teams achieve high standards of safety, quality, and timeliness while building strong client relationships.

Evening Cove Developments Ltd. was founded in the early 2000s. We began as a small but ambitious firm focused on residential and light commercial construction in British Columbia’s coastal regions.
Soon, we recognised the urgent need for reliable services in rural and Indigenous communities. As a result, we expanded our offerings.
Early projects included community centres, modular homes, and infrastructure repairs in remote areas. Weather and access created challenges. However, by investing in equipment, forming partnerships, and nurturing local talent, Evening Cove became a leader in remote builds.
